Resident Access
| We welcome all to our website. For privacy's sake, though, many of the sections and features of our site are accessible only to residents. This requires a user id and password. To request resident access, please complete this form. |
Can't Remember Password?
| Passwords for those registered for the site can be easily retrieved by the site's automatic password generator. With a valid password, users can change to a "friendlier" password of their choosing. Both of these features are accessible from any log-in screen. To access the log-in screen, just click on a page section button, such as "Directory." The buttons are located on the left frame of the home page. For forgotten passwords, all that is needed is either the user's email address (i.e., the email address that was originally used to sign up for the site), or the user id. User id's are the last name followed by the first initial. For example, Mary Smith's login would be 'smithm'. Either request will be processed by an automatically generated email, usually within just a few minutes. To change a password, all that is needed is the current user id and password. |

Schools
| The Meadow is served by Frederick County's highly acclaimed public school system, which recently ranked among the top 43 in the nation. Its school district includes New Market Elementary, New Market Middle and Linganore High schools. In addition, several private schools are located nearby, including The Banner School, Frederick Christian Academy, Frederick Montessori School, Mount Airy Christian Academy, St. John's Regional Catholic School, Visitation Academy, and others. Hood College and Frederick County Community College are nearby, and Mt. Saint Mary's College, Western Maryland University, and campuses for University of Maryland, Frostburg State College and Johns Hopkins University are only a short drive from The Meadow. |

The Meadow at New Market

Amenities and Facilities
More than 25 percent of the land has been set aside as open space, far more than is required of land developers in Frederick County. Wild flower meadows, ball fields, two tennis courts, basketball and rollerblade courts, and walking trails abound.    |
